1. Cutting Down on Extra Consumption

Lately, I’ve been trying to consciously move away from small, unnecessary consumables.

I’m referring to things like Diet Coke, chips, chewing gum, and similar stuff. Nothing wrong with them once in a while, but I realised I was starting to rely on them more than I should.

Diet Coke, especially, has been a big one for me for a long time. I still enjoy it occasionally when I’m out with friends, but I don’t want it to be something I reach for by default.
