Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to onboard new users
- Conduct market research to identify target customers, understand market trends, and explore new opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Create compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media content, and case studies.
- Manage social media channels and online advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing and sales metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Stay updated on blockchain industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing and/or sales roles, preferably in the technology or blockchain industry.
- Basic understanding of blockchain technology, its potential applications, and the competitive landscape.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to drive marketing and sales initiatives, meet targets, and deliver results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to revolutionize industries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with blockchain-based products or projects.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of data analytics and ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data.
- Previous experience working in a startup environment.
Compensation:
20,000 INR/month during the 1st month and 30,000-40,000 INR/month going forward.
